FAQ - Fleet Map doesn't load

If you're experiencing an issue where the CarmaLink website is stuck at the "Loading ..." screen it's likely that you are using an out of date version of Internet Explorer. Microsoft has discontinued support for Internet Explorer 11 and below as of 2016. This means you are no longer receiving new features or security updates. More information on this from Microsoft can be found here.

CarmaLink recommends the Latest Firefox or Chrome browsers and also supports Microsoft's replacement for Internet Explorer called Edge.
