Fleet - Pausing a Transponder

You have the ability to pause service to a transponder for seasonal vehicles that are unused for a few months of the year. Transponders can be paused up to 120 days every 360 days (4 months per year). When a transponder is paused, the time is credited to your account and will appear on your next invoice.

To pause a transponder

1. Go to the Settings Page

2. Locate the Vehicle (or Asset) you would like to pause

3. Open the details of the Vehicle

4. Tap the "Pause" button

5. You will see a confirmation dialogue, please read and Tap the blue "Pause" button

6. The details will now show you the countdown of remaining pause time
